TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
THE 11R SHOP provides mobile roadside commercial tire services. By submitting a service request, making payment, or accepting service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
By requesting service, you authorize THE 11R SHOP to perform roadside tire services at the location you provide.
All services are based on the information submitted. Changes in location, vehicle condition, or job requirements may affect pricing, service scope, or availability.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
- A deposit is required before dispatch.
- No payment = No dispatch.
- The remaining balance is due upon technician arrival and before work begins.
- The technician will not begin work until payment is confirmed.
- All payments are processed electronically.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Dispatch, travel, and deposit fees become non-refundable once a technician has been assigned or dispatched.
This includes:
- Customer cancellation
- Location changes
- Customer not present
- Incorrect service information submitted
4. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
- Cancellation after dispatch is non-refundable.
- If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the dispatch will be considered completed.
- Additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
5. PRICING & ADJUSTMENTS
Pricing is based on:
- Distance and location
- Service requested
- Tire size and condition
- Time of service (day, night, emergency)
- Roadside conditions (highway, shoulder, weather)
Pricing may be adjusted if:
- Information provided is inaccurate.
- Additional labor or materials are required.
- Actual site conditions differ from those reported.
6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
THE 11R SHOP provides commercial roadside tire replacement services only.
We do not provide:
- Tire patch or plug repairs
- Multi-piece or split-rim service
- Services determined to be unsafe
7. SAFETY & REFUSAL OF SERVICE
THE 11R SHOP reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:
- Working conditions are unsafe.
- Vehicle setup is hazardous.
- The location is dangerous or unlawful.
- Customer behavior is abusive, threatening, or unsafe.
No refunds will be issued if service cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
- Provide an accurate service location (GPS preferred).
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle.
- Remain available by phone during service.
- Secure pets, cargo, and any hazards before work begins.
9. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
THE 11R SHOP is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage.
- Rusted or seized components.
- Wheel, stud, or lug hardware failures during removal.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Roadside service involves inherent risks. By requesting service, you acknowledge and accept those risks.
10. SERVICE VERIFICATION
To protect both the customer and THE 11R SHOP, service may include:
- GPS location verification
- Before and after photo documentation
- Electronic job records
These records may be used for:
- Service verification
- Payment verification
- Dispute resolution
11. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By making payment, you agree:
- Dispatch and travel fees are non-refundable once dispatch begins.
- You will not initiate a chargeback for services that were dispatched or completed.
- Service records, GPS verification, photographs, and payment records may be used to resolve disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. MODIFICATIONS
THE 11R SHOP may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
